Co-led and executed a $625K strategic investment round with Moonrock Capital, Morningstar Ventures, NGC Ventures, and Astronaut Capital, covering investor outreach, positioning, and closing.
Led the creation of the “What is Polkamarkets?” explainer video as a core educational asset. Owned the process end to end, from concept and scriptwriting to visual direction and voice-over tone, keeping the message clear and accessible.
Coordinated a five-person creative and production team at Hypercube, and handled rollout communications to ensure strong community and new user reach.
Launched the interest form while coordinating VCs, angels, KOLs, community, and MVP development, resulting in 10,000+ participants and $80M+ in pledged open interest.
Managed investor and community communications, including incentives for whitelisted addresses and early supporters.
Released a simulated, gamified prediction markets experience to educate users ahead of launch.
Scaled the community to 100,000+ members across Telegram and Twitter.
Following a successful community build (100K+ members) and IDO on Polkastarter (120x post-IDO ATH), Polkamarkets launched its MVP testnet.
